1. About these terms

These terms are a legal agreement between you and Veylodex registered office Jasdan, Rajkot, Gujarat, India 360050, which operates Veylodex. By creating an account, placing an order or using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What we are, and what we are not

Veylodex is a facilitating platform that gives you access to qualified professionals to help you with registrations, filings and documentation. We are not a law firm and do not practise law. Information on this site, in our emails and from the AI assistant is for general knowledge only and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Where an order needs professional judgement, it is performed by the qualified professional assigned to it.

3. Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you order for a company or firm, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
• You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping it secure.
• Information you give us must be true, complete and current.

4. Our services and how an order works

Each service page describes what is included, the documents we need and the expected timeline. An order moves through these steps: payment, document upload, expert review, filing with the authority, and delivery of your final documents. You can track every step from your dashboard.

We start work once payment is received and you have submitted the required documents. Timelines are estimates. They depend on you giving correct documents promptly and on the working of government portals and authorities, which we do not control.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide genuine, legible and valid documents, in the format requested. Do not upload forged, altered or someone else's documents without their permission.
• Review the details we prepare before we file, and tell us promptly about any error.
• Respond to our requests for corrections or extra information. Delays on your side delay the filing.
• Tell us everything relevant to your filing. We cannot be responsible for outcomes caused by information you withheld or got wrong.

6. Prices, GST and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST unless the service page says otherwise. Some services state "starts at" or note that certain third-party charges (for example a DSC token, or fees charged by the authority) may change the final cost. We will tell you before you pay any amount that is not shown at checkout.

Payments are collected by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking and other methods it supports. You agree to Razorpay's terms when you pay. A bill (invoice) is available from your order page after payment. Coupon codes are valid only as stated, cannot be combined unless said otherwise, and have no cash value.

7. Government decisions, no guarantee of outcome

Registrations, licences and approvals are granted by government authorities at their discretion. We prepare and file your application carefully, but we cannot guarantee approval, a particular timeline, or that a rule will not change. Government fees, penalties and statutory charges are set by the authority and are not refunded by us once paid to it.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. AI features

The AI assistant, document checker and calculators are provided to help you. Results may be incomplete or wrong, and tax rules change. Calculator results are estimates for planning, not a filed return. Check important results with a qualified professional before relying on them. We are not responsible for decisions taken only on AI output.

10. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading, or to evade tax or regulation;
• upload malware, or try to access another person's data or any part of the system you are not allowed to;
• overload, scrape, probe or reverse-engineer the platform, or misuse the AI features (for example by trying to extract our internal instructions);
• share your account or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel an order, if we reasonably believe these rules are broken or the law requires it. We may refuse an order if we cannot lawfully or reasonably perform it, in which case we will refund you under the Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual property

The site, brand, text, design and software belong to Veylodex or its licensors. You get a limited, personal licence to use the service. Documents and content you upload remain yours, and you allow us to use them only to provide the service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Final documents we deliver to you are yours to use for the purpose they were prepared for.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or business, or for delays or decisions of government authorities, outages of third-party portals or payment providers, or errors caused by information or documents you supplied. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access as set out in section 10. Terms that by their nature should continue (payment, liability, governing law) survive termination.

14. Changes to the service or terms

We may change the service, prices and these terms. Changes do not affect an order you have already paid for. For other changes, the updated terms apply from the "Last updated" date shown above. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint. If it is not resolved, the courts at Rajkot have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
