Veylodex

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Veylodex collects, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Veylodex ("Veylodex", "we", "us") operates this website and platform. Our registered office is at Jasdan, Rajkot, Gujarat, India 360050. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you give us.

Veylodex is a facilitating platform that connects you with qualified professionals for legal, tax and compliance filings. We are not a law firm.

2. What information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the services you ask for:

  • Account details: your name, email address and profile picture, received from Google when you choose "Continue with Google". We never see your Google password.
  • Order details: the service you buy, order status, messages and notes about your order.
  • Documents you upload: for example PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, photographs, bank details, incorporation documents and similar records required by the relevant government authority for your filing. These can contain sensitive identity information.
  • Business details you type in: business type, state, turnover range and similar answers to our forms.
  • Enquiries: if you use our Contact page, the name, email, phone and message you send. We keep these for up to 12 months.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, payment ID and method (for example UPI or card type). We do not receive or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed to keep the site secure and to prevent abuse, and error reports used to find and fix faults. Error reports have names, email addresses, phone numbers and ID numbers removed before they are saved.
  • Questions you ask our AI assistant, and documents you submit to the AI document checker (see section 5).

3. Why we use your information (purposes)

  • To create and manage your account and orders, and to provide the services you purchased.
  • To prepare and submit filings, applications and documents to government authorities on your behalf, where your order requires it.
  • To process payments, issue bills and handle refunds.
  • To send you service emails, such as payment receipts, requests to correct a document, order status updates and delivery of your final documents.
  • To answer your questions, provide support and, where you ask, connect you with an expert.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents, and to comply with the law.

We process your data on the basis of your consent and, where the DPDP Act allows, for purposes you have voluntarily asked us to perform or that the law requires. We do not use your documents for advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only as needed, and only with parties that help us deliver the service:

  • Our qualified professionals (chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers and support staff) who work on your order, limited to the orders assigned to them.
  • Government authorities and portals (for example MCA, GST Portal, Income Tax, FSSAI, DGFT, EPFO, ESIC) when we file on your behalf.
  • Razorpay, to process payments.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers that host our database and store your uploaded files in private, access-controlled storage.
  • An email delivery provider, to send you the emails described above.
  • Anthropic, PBC, the provider of our AI models, only when you use the AI assistant or AI document checker (section 5).
  • Courts, regulators or law enforcement when we are legally required to.

These providers act on our instructions and are required to protect your data. Some of them are located outside India (for example Anthropic in the United States), so your data may be transferred and processed outside India, to the extent permitted by the DPDP Act and the rules under it.

5. AI features

Our AI assistant answers questions about registrations and taxes. Messages you type are sent to our AI provider to produce an answer. If you are signed in, the assistant may also be given the names and status of your recent orders so it can answer questions about them. Please do not type Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, OTPs or passwords into the chat.

Our AI document checker lets you upload a document to detect problems such as blurred images or missing details. The file is sent to our AI provider for analysis and is not stored by us after the result is shown. The result shows only the last four characters of any ID number.

AI output is general information and can be wrong. It is not legal, tax or financial advice, and it does not confirm that a document is genuine. A qualified professional reviews your actual filing.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep your account and order records, invoices and the documents needed to evidence a filing for as long as your service is active and afterwards for up to 8 years, because tax and company law may require us to retain records. After that period we delete or anonymise them. Questions you ask the AI assistant are not stored with your account. Usage records of AI calls are kept only as counts for billing and abuse prevention.

You can delete your account earlier from Dashboard → Privacy & my data. We then immediately delete your profile, business details and all uploaded and delivered documents. Invoices, payment and refund records are kept as the law requires, but without your name, email or phone. Accounts with orders still in progress can be deleted once those orders are complete. Technical email delivery logs are deleted after 90 days, and error reports after at most 90 days.

7. How we protect your data

  • Uploaded documents are kept in private storage, never on a public link. Only you and the professional assigned to your order can open them, after signing in.
  • Traffic to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Stored files are encrypted at rest.
  • Access to administration tools is limited by role and actions are logged.
  • Payments use Razorpay's secure checkout, and we verify every payment confirmation cryptographically.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, for example to keep you signed in and to protect against forged requests. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

9. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Ask us to erase your data, subject to our legal duty to retain certain records.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it, and we may be unable to continue a service that needs the data.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
  • Make a complaint, first to us (below), and then to the Data Protection Board of India.

You can use most of these rights yourself, any time, from Dashboard → Privacy & my data: correct your name and phone, download a copy of your data (including your documents), and permanently delete your account.

For anything else, email veylodex@gmail.com from your registered email address. We will respond within a reasonable time and in any case within the time required by law.

10. Children

Our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Name and designation: pending confirmation of a named individual by Veylodex. The support team is an interim contact and is not presented as a named Grievance Officer.

12. Changes to this policy
